clinical face of the office

with full support behind them. You will be the

sole practitioner

, working closely with ownership, the lab, and a fully trained support team as we grow the practice from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Serve as the

primary and sole dentist

in the office Perform high-quality cosmetic and general dentistry, including veneers, smile makeovers, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and restorative work Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans with cosmetic focus Work closely with our in-house lab technicians to ensure precision, aesthetics, and optimal patient outcomes Educate patients on treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Deliver a 5-star patient experience through trust, communication, and artistry

What We're Looking For

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license Cosmetic experience or strong interest in veneers, bonding, and smile design Confident performing a wide range of general dentistry Entrepreneurial, motivated, and willing to grow with a startup Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset Ability to work efficiently and independently Comfortable being the sole clinician with full team support behind them
