Associate Dean, Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion USC Marshall School of Business The Marshall School of Business is seeking a collaborative, culture-oriented professional with a deeply human approach for the position Associate Dean, Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Associate Dean will report to and partner with the Vice Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to develop, plan and lead the strategy of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). The Associate Dean will: 1) have oversight of program execution 2) play a leadership role in formulating and expanding program offerings in collaboration with school leadership, University partners, and the ODEI team; 3) facilitate community discourse, drive communication and champion shared understanding. The ideal candidate will embody the USC Unifying Values, have experience leading culture change, be able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholder groups, and maintain a personal commitment to partnership, shared governance, and community engagement. Other key attributes necessary for success in this position include a well-refined customer-centered orientation and expertise in facilitating community discussion around challenging topics.
