About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Buyer, the
Associate Buyer
plays a key role in supporting purchasing operations and ensuring data accuracy across procurement systems. This position focuses on learning vendor management basics, compliance requirements, and procurement processes while assisting Buyers with routine tasks. You'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, purchase order management, and reporting, building a strong foundation for a career in supply chain and procurement.

This role offers a strong foundation for building analytical skills, learning pricing operations, and contributing to a fast-paced, data-driven environment. What You'll Do
Support purchase order (PO) entry and order tracking for routine categories
Maintain item and pricing data integrity in ERP systems
Assist higher-level Buyers with order entry and reporting tasks
Generate and distribute basic procurement reports
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other internal teams
Provide administrative support for shortage and recall tasks
Learn procurement systems, vendor basics, and compliance requirements through hands on-experience

What You'll Need to Succeed
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced skills a plus)
Prior procurement experience is a plus
College degree preferred, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
