Job Summary:

Provide one-on-one instruction to children diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorders.


All behavioral therapy strategies and intervention components will occur through the implementation of a treatment plan that is prepared and directed by a BCBA or BCBA-D/Licensed Psychologist.


This position may encounter potentially volatile care situations that could result in bodily harm.*

Required Qualifications:

High School education or GED


Ability to positively interact with children. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. Ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations. Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the institute. Professionally responds to positive and constructive feedback. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, patients, and caregivers

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant coursework/specialized training Must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire. Microsoft Access,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook
