As part of our close-knit team, you'll work directly with clients, handle a manageable caseload, and play an integral role in guiding people through one of the most challenging times in their lives. Some key responsibilities are:

Representing clients in

Chapter 7 and Chapter 13

bankruptcy cases Conduct

initial consultations

and assess client eligibility for debt relief Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions and related court documents Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout the process Work collaboratively with our staff to ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused case management Stay up to date on bankruptcy laws, local rules, and procedural changes

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the State of Oklahoma

One to five or more

years experience

in consumer bankruptcy law, chapters 7 & 13, is preferred. Training available for the right candidate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate approach to client service and the ability to build trust Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently while working as part of a team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
