Associate Attorney
Job Description
Daignault Iyer LLP, a growing patent litigation law firm, has an immediate opportunity available for an associate in our Northern Virginia office or potentially from a remote location/office. Candidates must have a computer science or electrical engineering degree. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of two years of litigation experience, including experience drafting and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Inter partes review experience is a plus. All candidates should anticipate handling fast-paced, complex matters, and be ready to dive in, think creatively, and work in a nimble and supportive environment. Learn more atwww.daignaultiyer.com.
