We are a small but growing law firm in Rockland County, New York, on a mission to help businesses. We are seeking a full-time or part-time associate attorney. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has specific experience (5+years) with corporate and contract matters, and/or commercial litigation. Typical projects include corporate asset purchases, commercial contracts for the sale of goods or services, corporate formation documents, commercial real estate sales, and business lawsuits.
Full time Salary $90,000-$150,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) (to be prorated for part-time schedule).

Requirements:
At least 5 years directly relevant experience
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to New York Bar
Admission to New Jersey Bar (preferred but not required)
A love of eating lunch (sushi, Italian and more) preferred, but not required.
