Associate Attorney

to join our thriving

toxic tort (asbestos) and product liability practice

in our Boston office.

What We're Looking For

Licensed attorney in Massachusetts

(dual licensure in CT or RI is a plus).

2+ years of civil defense litigation experience

, including pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and client reporting.

Toxic tort and/or product liability experience

strongly preferred. Strong

research, writing, advocacy

, and analytical skills. Excellent

communication

, interpersonal abilities, and comfort managing multiple deadlines. A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments. Mediation/arbitration experience is a plus.
