Job Description

Wais, Vogelstein, Forman, Koch & Norman, LLC, a national plaintiffs' birth injury and medical malpractice firm with offices in Maryland and Illinois, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Baltimore office. Responsibilities include legal research and writing, motions practice, drafting complaints, drafting discovery requests and responses, taking and defending depositions, expert research, and a multitude of other litigation driven tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, along with excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and an interest in civil litigation and medical malpractice. Prior litigation experience and/or a judicial clerkship is preferred but not a requirement. Must be barred in Maryland.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time in office with one remote day offered weekly
