What You'll Do

As a

Pre-Litigation Attorney

, you'll take ownership of your caseload while working alongside experienced paralegals, case managers, and senior attorneys. You'll gain hands-on experience with every aspect of personal injury practice, including:

Managing your own pre-litigation caseload with guidance from senior attorneys Communicating with clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout their case Reviewing and summarizing medical records to build strong, evidence-based claims Drafting and reviewing demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for potential litigation Collaborating closely with your support team and contributing to a positive, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD)

from an accredited law school

Active license in Kentucky or Ohio

(newly licensed or awaiting bar results welcome to apply) Strong organizational and communication skills Compassion for clients and dedication to helping injury victims Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
