The ability to multi-task and handle a heavy case load, work with paralegals, and meet deadlines is a must. Strong writing and organizational skills are also essential to the success of the role.

Qualifications

J.D. or LLM from an ABA Accredited Law School Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (Required) US Work Authorization (Required)

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines Train and supervise staff Prepare and revise court documents Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law Market the law firm's services Handle USCIS interviews and court hearings and trials
