Law Mosley, P.C., a trusted estate planning firm in Ames led by Attorney Merlaine Mosley, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of estate planning experience, but we welcome motivated recent grads eager to learn from an experienced mentor in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Attorney at Law Mosley, P.C., you will assist with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, support estate and trust administration, conduct legal research, and meet with clients. You will work directly with an experienced estate planning attorney, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in a professional, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

J.D. and Iowa Bar admission (or pending). 1-2 years of estate planning experience preferred. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and professionalism. Commitment to developing a long-term career in estate planning.
