Associate Analyst - Upen Group (DFW Local Only)

Upen Group is seeking an

Associate-Level Analyst

to support analytics, reporting, and vendor-client operations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who want to grow their skills in data analysis, business operations, and process improvement within a professional consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with vendor and client teams to support reporting, workflow reviews, and project deliverables Analyze data using

Excel and SQL

, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems Build and maintain dashboards in

Power BI or Tableau

to highlight KPIs and operational insights Support requirement gathering, documentation, and cross-team communication Review data quality, assist with ETL validations, and document findings Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports used by internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in analytics, business operations, or a similar role Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, formulas) and solid SQL fundamentals Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across vendor-client teams Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured data Interest in data-driven decision-making and operational processes
