We are seeking to add a talented and personable
Associate Advisor
to our team. In this role, you will be working directly with our lead advisors, supporting them with financial planning and client relationship management, and developing to become an advisor within our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling, data gathering and management
Inputting financial planning data into our planning software, analyzing the data, running scenarios, and formulating personalized recommendations
Meeting prep and follow-up
Attend, participate and present in client meetings
Support clients with advice implementation
Manage client questions and service requests proactively
Support with ad hoc client and/or firm projects
Deepening your professional expertise around financial planning, investment management and behavioral finance
Ensure consistent compliance with firm policies and industry rules and regulations in all aspects of the role at all times

Comfortable with tech and social media is a plus
No immediate sales experience requirement, but desire to learn to grow client base through relationship building in the future
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of relevant experience, personal financial planning and client-facing preferred
CFP, CPA, JD or CPA; CFP designation preferred or willing to obtain
Must pass criminal background and credit checks
