Responsibilities:
Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise Process AR payments, hotshots, will calls, etc. daily/weekly via the House HHC for customers; Processing House HHC Invoices related to Settlement activities- NSF 4:00 Call to Action - Recover and Response administration Printing Pepsi Direct/Driver Manifests Reception/Shipping Receiving UPS Coordinate/administer requests for Donations; Ensure for approval and reconciliation Pepsi Support Center contact for location contacts HHC Repairs/Local Phone Extensions/Facebook Org Chart Missed Stops/Time Windows for Pepsi sales accounts Greet, welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office All other duties as assigned based on Team needs

Technical Skills:

Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner Maintain calendars and schedules both on and off-site meetings Monitor emails and phone calls: proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible Maintain and update distribution and contact lists for the location Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy Daily interaction with all Functional Teams Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Work on special projects as necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications:
2 + years experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel Customer service oriented dealing with retail customer needs Experience in prioritizing work multi-tasking- strong sense of urgency Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills- discretion with sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills Respects values & differences, acts with integrity and justice
