Job Description

The

Associate Account Manager

provides essential support to Senior Account Managers by assisting with client-focused projects, service delivery, and portfolio management tasks. In this role, they may work collaboratively on high-profile accounts or independently manage a smaller portfolio, depending on team needs and portfolio complexity.



Associate Account Managers act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure timely, accurate service aligned with client goals and expectations. They are detail-oriented, responsive, and client-focused--contributing to a positive client experience while growing their skills in account management.


Key Responsibilities




Assist Senior Account Managers with client projects, reporting, and administrative tasks across large or complex portfolios. Manage a small, independent portfolio of lower-complexity clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring service needs are met. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. Support client communication through meeting prep, follow-ups, email correspondence, and documentation. Track client issues and requests, ensuring resolution and proper internal routing. Prepare reports, analyze data, and surface insights to help drive informed decision-making. Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate, ensuring follow-through on action items. Develop a foundational understanding of Conservice solutions and client business needs.

Qualifications




Experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related client-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across internal teams and with clients. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
