Responsibilities

Hair Services & Technical Support

Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, coloring, foiling, balayage, blowouts, and styling Perform or assist with Aveda botanical treatments, deep conditioning masks, and scalp rituals Apply knowledge of Aveda product lines for treatments and retail recommendations Shampoo, tone, gloss, and prep clients as instructed by senior stylists Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations
Client Care & Front Desk Support

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel cared for during their visit Help manage the appointment book, answer calls, assist with checkout Upsell and recommend retail products (Aveda, haircare, skincare, wellness items)
Salon Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized salon environment Assist with laundry, towel rotation, and product restocking Help keep color bar and styling area stocked and neat
Qualifications

Current Cosmetology license or in school/apprenticeship Passion for beauty, hair, clean ingredients, and holistic well-being Positive attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn Friendly, professional communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment Experience with hair extensions, lashes, or Aveda is a plus but not required Familiarity with booking software (Fresha, MINDBODY, GlossGenius) is helpful
