Accura HealthCare of Milford, located in Milford, IA, is a 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with an additional 22-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We are seeking an Assisted Living Aide (AL Aide) to join our team. Assisted Living Aides provide meaningful support, positively impacting the lives of our residents.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full or part-time; 2nd shift (2-10pm)
Job Summary: Assisted Living (AL) Aides perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.
Qualifications:
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents\' families, and employees.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
