FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER / FLOOR MANAGER

will work closely with our talented Food & Beverage Director & Executive Chef to implement front of house leadership to provide an elevated the dining experience of our guests inside Meriwether's Bistro & Lounge and MJ Barleyhopper's Brew House & Sports Pub! This role will lead, guide, train, and direct our front of house team members while ensuring fantastic guest dining experiences!

This is a full-time role, starting pay DOE plus benefit package to include major medical insurance, optional dental/vision coverage, retirement savings plan, vacation and sick leave, Food & Beverage perm account, discounted gym membership, and more!

Successful candidates will possess:

Front of House Management/Leadership work history in restaurant and/or bar establishments Ability to work together within a team leadership environment Ability to utilize programs in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Ability to work the floor for multiple hours at a time standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, etc as needed in support of front of house team members Availability to work days, evenings and/or weekends, core work hours to include live music dates, grand buffet holidays, and other large event dates as needed
Preferred, but not required qualifications:

Hospitality Management Certification or Degree ServSafe Manager Certified TIPS Certified
