Assistant Water Well Driller

Job Description

Job Functions Include:

Assist in installations of new water wells for agricultural, commercial and residential applications. Work floor of drilling rig Operate machinery to install wells (drilling rig, backhoe, skid loader). Operate cutting torch and welder Operate all handheld tools (shovels, pipe wrenches, cordless tools). Performs general shop duties including cleaning, organizing, ordering material. Performs daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on equipment. Local work. No overnight travel.
Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent Clean driving record, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred Basic experience welding, cutting, and equipment repairs Experience operating a backhoe, skidsteer, and other heavy equipment Must be able to pick up 50 pounds Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
