Assistant To Real Estate Team
Job Description
Executive personal assistant to a real estate team Schedule and organize appointments and meetings between customers and real estate personnel. Draft listing agreements, purchase agreements and other paperwork as needed. Maintain and manage real estate database of customers. Monitor and manage real estate deals and payments. Organize and execute direct mail campaigns. Assist real estate agents with the coordination and preparation of successful open house events. Prepare, deliver and pick up real estate documents. Create, design and distribute real estate brochures. Handle advertising of the property online and through appropriate print media. Schedule and meet photographer at properties. Put up and remove \'for sale\' and \'solid\' signs on the property. Assist in staging of properties when needed. Coordinate, oversee and inspect the completion of repairs on the property that is for sale. Make copies of keys, put lockboxes on properties. Research neighborhoods and create mailing lists. Assist in reviewing monthly expenditures and creating reports pertaining to expenses. Assist team leader with personal errands as needed. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
