Description:

Seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with financial institution experience to work at our in-store branch located in the Kunia Walmart. Must have excellent communication and customer services skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and make decisions with minimum supervision. Primary duties include assisting the Branch Manager with operational duties and providing support and guidance to the tellers to ensure quality member service.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2-years financial institution experience with 6-months branch supervisory / leadership experience or an equivalent substitute required Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to work flexible hours

Job Duties:

Assist the Branch Manager with operational responsibilities, including opening and closing the branch and ensuring timely review of reports and proper action taken Provide guidance and support to Tellers in addressing member inquiries and concerns Lead the branch in the manager's absence while ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining service standards Perform Vault custodian duties Provide training as needed and contribute feedback on Teller performance to the Branch Manager Assist Tellers in daily balancing Keep yourself and branch updated on new products, services, and policies Perform as a Teller as required Carry out other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:45 am - 6:30 pm Saturday: 8:45 am - 2:30 pm
