What matters most

To succeed as an Assistant Teacher at Utah Community Action, candidates must possess a strong foundation in early childhood education and development, underscored by a Preschool Child Development Associate Credential. A minimum of one year of related experience is required, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with preschool-age children. Additionally, candidates must complete CPR and First Aid training within the first 90 days of employment, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under their care.
