R. Fralin Construction is the construction division of a growing multi-faceted real estate developer based in Roanoke, VA. We seek a high integrity person to grow our dynamic construction team.

We look forward to a complement to our wonderful team. Our Assistant Superintendent needs to be a collaborative team player, have the ability to problem solve, get along with co-workers well, and be willing to think outside the box.

Since we were founded, our company has grown tremendously and has completed over 2,400 homes and many Multi-Family and Office Building projects, which we continue to own and manage.
