Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.48 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round
• Skill Level: Advanced
• Location: The NorthFace, Northstar

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• GUIDE guest through their rental experience
• Fit for boots, skis and boards Ensure our employees are preparing guests for a mind-blowing day on the hill
• Follow all Vail Resorts Retail policies and procedures, and ensure your staff is doing the same

Job Qualifications:

• Prior Leadership Experience - Required
• Exceptional guest service - Required
• English fluency - Required
• Passion and enthusiasm - Required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including all holidays, some nights and all weekends - Required
• Basic Computer Skills - Required
• Passion for the snow sports industry - Preferred
• Basic Understanding of Financial Statements - Preferred
• Previous management of staff and labor budget - Preferred

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $25.00 - $27.48. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
