As a CEFCO team member, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach and develop the store team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive all aspects of store level sales and profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver impeccable customer service by assisting customers, performing sales transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the store.
Here\'s what we\'re looking for: \xe2\x80\xa2 1 to 2 years of successful management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
