Job Description

Holding Hands Resale Shop is seeking an assistant store manager to assist the store manager in all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and excellent communication skills.



Responsibilities:



Assist manager in everyday duties of operating a resale store. Help oversee the management of staff to ensure that all staff are productive Ensure that any customer complaints are resolved Oversee the opening and closing of the store in manager's absence Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times Help oversee the stock of supplies in the store Help oversee the training of new employees and provide feedback on performance to ensure continued success Maintain a high level of attendance Maintain a personal but professional demeanor when interacting with staff Must be comfortable working with adults with mental illnesses and mental disabilities Experience with resale pricing is a plus Experience with POS system
Qualifications:

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage people.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

. High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have basic math skills.

Must have clean background check.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
