Job Description

Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced manager to join our winning team. Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. Must have 1 year of Retail Management experience to be considered.

The annual salary of an Assistant Store Manager is $48k- $70k. Pay is dependent on experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1yr retail management experience. 3-5yrs retail experience. 18 years or older. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
