We are seeking a store Assistant Manager to oversee our daily operations of Crumbl at our

Glen Ellyn, IL

location.

This individual will be a self-motivated, results-driven store leader who can help train and develop staff to be the best that they can be. They will be a leader in the store and will report directly to the owner-operator. They will set the standard for exceptional customer service and will help oversee all aspects of the store operations. They will lead by example and be a hands on assistant manager. This role will require the use of commercial mixers.

They will adapt quickly to change and be able to lead a team in a fast paced bakery environment. They will be customer service focused. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with inventories, scheduling, employees of all ages and audit standards all while remaining quality and customer focused. This candidate will be excited to work for Crumbl and will bring that enthusiasm to work every day!

Requirements:

Available to work Monday-Saturday. No Sundays! Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations Execute tasks the "Crumbl Way" Resolve customer and or employee conflicts Manage Inventory Manage food safety and cleanliness of store Ensure the highest level of quality in all of our products Ensure employees follow company/store policies Lead the store by example with a positive attitude

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
