Job Title: Assistant Store Manager, E-commerce
Location: Onsite - Onsite -123 South Broad Street, 26th Floor, Pennsylvania, PA 19109
Pay rate: $25/hr on W2
Duration: 03+ Months and possible of extension.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the management and operations of our e-commerce stores. This role involves assisting Store Managers with daily operations, product updates, logistics coordination, and client communication to ensure seamless online store performance and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Managers with project management and store environment setup/maintenance.
  • Lead store management tasks as needed.
  • Update products, descriptions, images, and other customer-facing content to ensure optimal store functionality.
  • Handle one-off platform updates to online shops.
  • Monitor and verify shipping rates for accuracy.
  • Coordinate product restocks and manage inventory reporting.
  • Work with Account Managers to gather details for new launches and updates from clients.
  • Manage complimentary shipment requests and assist with logistics/warehouse coordination.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment partners and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare periodic client reports and provide insights using sales data to drive revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ideate and create unique, topical merchandise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • 1+ year in merchandising, e-commerce, supply chain, or related field.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Merchandising, or related field).
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Team player who can thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Photoshop experience a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service-related field is a plus.
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information.
