What You'll Be Doing

When things are running smoothly, our leaders are:

? Interacting with customers to make sure they are having a GREAT experience

? Loading vehicles onto the conveyor

? Greeting customers at the pay stations

? Helping in the vacuum area, wiping down cars, and engaging with customers

? Keeping the site stocked and ready--trash emptied, towels prepped, and everything running clean and smooth

? Encouraging and supporting the team so we all deliver together

? Always moving - on your feet, moving, and getting 10,000-20,000 steps a day in all weather conditions.

But let's be real--

not every day goes perfectly

. Sometimes equipment breaks, technology glitches, a customer has a concern, or we're short-staffed.

That's when leaders step up.

We're looking for someone who can

stay calm, troubleshoot issues, and lead by example

to keep things moving forward.
