Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, process transactions, verify customer identities, and ensure accurate cash handling. Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risk in loan disbursements and collections. Provide excellent service, assist with inquiries, and educate customers on loan terms. Address customer complaints and operational issues. Maintain accurate records and assist with performance reports. Support the store manager and step in during their absence. Ensure store security and follow safety procedures.
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
