As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all daily tasks are accomplished while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
Strong background in inventory management and control practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development.
Familiarity with sales management techniques to drive performance is highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
