What You'll Do

Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations of the car wash Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient site at all times Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members Help manage customer interactions and resolve issues professionally Promote Tommy's Express memberships and maintain brand standards Step into a leadership role during assigned shifts

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in

retail, hospitality, food service, or similar customer-service environments

Strong communication and people-management skills Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and solutions-oriented Willingness to learn car wash operations (training provided)

Schedule

Full-time Includes weekends and some holidays (rotating schedule)
