Assistant

Sales Representative

to join our team, assisting with the

Texas and Oklahoma territory

.


The ideal candidate will have experience selling apparel and a passion for the Western lifestyle and industry. This position involves

extensive weekly travel

within an assigned area, with all travel expenses covered and a

generous apparel allowance

provided. Compensation is based on experience and includes bonus eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package with 401K, vacation, health insurance, and employee discounts.

Support Lead Sales Efforts:

Collaborate closely with a lead sales person to achieve territory sales goals, actively contributing to a cohesive sales team.

Account Management:

Take ownership of smaller accounts, managing relationships, addressing needs, and driving sales growth. Provide dedicated support for larger, key accounts under the guidance of the lead sales person.

Inventory & Replenishment:

Regularly monitor account inventory levels and ensure timely product replenishment to prevent stockouts and maintain consistent service.

Prospecting:

Engage in targeted prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned Texas and Oklahoma territory.

Analytics:

Analyze sales data to identify trends, create performance reports, and provide data-driven insights to key stakeholders.

Travel:

Frequent and consistent travel throughout the Texas and Oklahoma territory to meet with clients, manage accounts, and support sales initiatives.

Performance-Based Incentives:

Bonus compensation opportunities based on your contributions to new account acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and effective inventory replenishment.

Hybrid Work:

Balance field sales activities with remote work, optimizing time for client engagement and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Retail apparel experience preferred. Positive attitude, customer-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to lift 10 - 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to work alone and in a team environment. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license & clean driving record.


A criminal background check will be administered and will include drug screening, credit history, and MVR.
