Job Description

An ideal candidate has entry level sales experience and a passion for the golf industry. Strong candidates should show the ability to service existing accounts while prospecting and closing new business. You will be primarily selling and supporting green grass and independent retail accounts across the designated region with a focus on refill (At Once) orders, merchandising displays, inventory management, pre-booking assigned accounts with the local Key Account Regional Manager.

You display a willingness to open new conversations, adapt to an evolving brand/product line, and travel across the assigned region when necessary. You have an understanding of a sales pipeline, sales process, and want to be a player in driving growth of a small business. You understand start-up culture and show the drive to proactively jump into tasks that arise - without being micromanaged.

Roles / Responsibilities:

Assist local Territory Sales Manager in generating orders with Accounts across the region Count & fill inventory of Green Grass and Independent Retail shops Merchandise Swannies product in a way that shows the brand off nicely in store displays Support green grass and independent retail shops across your sales territory - continuing relationships with existing accounts and successfully opening new doors Execute line reviews with Territory Sales Manager, mainly in person, with active and prospective accounts Conduct administrative work including but not limited to order entry, updating appointment planner, inventory reporting, and newsletters ? Communicate on time and proactively with all accounts
Compensation: Base Salary commensurate with experience, generally $30-40k + Commission (2.5% on all sales within region, $1.9M shipped goal for 2026).
