Our company is looking to hire a Assistant Store Manager with extensive experience working with the public and employees, as well as sales and marketing experience, to manage our retail stores. A successful candidate will be willing to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and will be committed to meeting all financial targets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee staff. Manage employee schedule. Supervise and coordinate merchandise display and placement. Oversee inventory control and record keeping. Meet with employees to discuss work performance, promotions, discipline, and job training. Train employees regarding corporate policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $675.00 per week
