Some Job Responsibilities:
Provide staff training for the implementation of individuals' programs.
Ensure that the program is operating according to agency policy and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for the on-site supervision of all staff members and to ensure proper program implementation.
Assist the Residential Manager with the hiring, terminating, and evaluations of staff members.
Maintain all in-service requirements e.g. AMAP, SCIP, etc.
Attend and participate in all required agency and Treatment team meetings and trainings.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per the Center's policy.
Valid NYS Driver's License.
Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
