The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting the overall operations, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance of the property. This position oversees and coordinates housekeeping, events, marketing, and leasing functions to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards while creating a welcoming environment for residents, tenants, and guests. The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager/General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive occupancy, community engagement, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervises daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all common areas, amenities, and offices.
Coordinate with vendors and in-house staff for deep cleaning, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
Monitor supply levels, inventory, and housekeeping budgets.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the property.
Events & Community Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and community programming to enhance tenant and guest experiences.
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to manage logistics, budgets, and event promotion.
Ensure events align with property goals, brand standards, and community values.
Marketing & Bran Development
Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the property, amenities, and events.
Manage digital social media content to engage tenants, attract prospective clients, and enhance property visibility.
Assist in preparing promotional materials, press releases, newsletters, and community communications.
Monitor marketing campaigns and provide performance reports to management.
Leasing & Tenant Relations
Assist in leasing efforts including tours, inquiries, applications, and lease administration.
Maintain accurate tenant records and support the renewal process.
Build positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and responsive communication.
Address tenant concerns, coordinate resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of property management, hospitality, or related experience required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of property operations, leasing practices, and customer service standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours for events and emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
