Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention Yardi experience is preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a soft credit review

Compensation and Benefits Available:

$20.00 an hour

ALL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Occasional Saturday's may be required.
