Emerald Housing Management, LLC, is seeking a

part-time

Assistant Property Manager for our growing portfolio in Nashville, TN. Pay is based on experience level.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 hours per day This position is not remote

Responsibilities:

The part-time Assistant Property Manager will support the community and Property Manager by:

Accurately completing onsite accountancy Providing property tours for prospective tenants Coordinating tenant activiites Leasing apartment units Providing prompt, professional, and quality service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors Performing other administrative functions - phone calls, emails, file management, etc. Serving as the person-in-charge when the Property Manager is out of office

Experience / Skills / Abilities:

Customer Service Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic Accountancy Administrative / Office Experience with Fortress Property Management Software (preferred not required) Experience in leasing, property management, and/or affordable housing (preferred not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to resolve complaints / conficts in a professional manner

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and credit check Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation to and from work 18+ years of age High School diploma or GED

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
