At Fortified Property Solutions (FPS), our culture is the foundation of everything we do. We're a rapidly growing, vertically integrated multifamily management company committed to raising the standard in how we operate and treat our people--our teams, residents, clients, and partners.
Our values are how we work, interact, and support one another. They show up in our decisions, our energy, and the environment we create for our teams. We lead by serving others first. We act with urgency and don't wait to be told what to do. We welcome learning and iteration, stay resourceful when faced with challenges, and foster a work environment where people are recognized, supported, and eager to be part of our team.
We're seeking an Assistant Manager who excels at connecting with people and achieving results. You'll help create an outstanding resident experience and play a vital role in leasing performance by managing tours, follow-ups, renewals, and marketing initiatives that keep occupancy high. Your efforts support the property's daily operations and directly contribute to the community's success.
The Assistant Manager will support daily leasing and marketing efforts, respond to resident needs, coordinate maintenance services, assist with financial and administrative tasks, and help ensure compliance with housing regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
If you're passionate about creating safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
