SNS Property Management is looking for an assistant property manager to join our team.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager with rent collections, late notices, and property management.

Sources new prospects through networking, and general marketing. Works closely with manager, tenants, and prospects on leasing apartments. Prepares to lease pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas. Assist the property manager with preparing strategic leasing plans for the property, NTV, and processing move-outs. Communicates regularly, professionally, and effectively with agencies and Company management and staff. Helps execute promotional and markdown activity on a timely basis and according to Company guidelines Inspect and maintain vacant and occupied units. Responsible for Renewals and Assist manager with Work orders.
