We're looking for an

Assistant Project Superintendent

As an Assistant Project Superintendent, you'll support the Project Superintendent in managing all aspects of project execution--from safety and quality to schedule and budget. You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring projects meet expectations for both our clients and our company. What You'll Do




Safety & Quality




Promote a culture of safety and ensure all workers follow site safety procedures. Oversee and inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals, communicating changes to architects and project teams. Assist with close-out activities and establish punch lists to ensure project completion.

Schedule & Cost Management




Support planning and coordination to keep projects on schedule. Confirm materials, equipment, and subcontractors are ready when needed. Monitor costs and assist with tracking budget performance and change orders.

Communication & Leadership




Collaborate with subcontractors, foremen, and other team members to resolve issues and maintain productivity. Prepare daily reports documenting progress, weather, and any field changes. Participate in site meetings to review safety, schedule, and quality goals. Maintain open communication with the owner and project leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.

What We're Looking For




Education & Experience




Completion of Pike's Project Engineer (PE) program, a trade apprenticeship, or equivalent construction experience (minimum 5 years). Strong knowledge of field construction trades and processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; construction software experience preferred. Understanding of scheduling, design documents, and trade coordination (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

Work Environment





This position requires regular standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 75 lbs. You'll work both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, to ensure project progress and safety standards are met.

The expected salary range for this position is

$70,000 to $90,000 annually
