Job Description

The Construction Assistant Project Manager for high-end retail projects supports the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury retail builds, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This role involves assisting in managing subcontractors, handling procurement, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating closely with architects, designers, and clients to meet design specifications and quality standards.

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Help resolve issues and maintain timelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
