The Assistant Project Manager - Occupied Healthcare Construction will be responsible for:

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinating with hospital staff, subcontractors, and design teams
• Monitoring progress and quality on-site in occupied healthcare facilities
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and meeting minutes
• Supporting procurement and logistics to align with phased operations
• Enforcing safety and infection-control measures throughout the project lifecycle

The Assistant Project Manager - Occupied Healthcare Construction will have:

• 2-4 years of construction experience, preferably in occupied healthcare environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and subcontractors
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project)
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection-control procedures
