We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Assistant Project Manager

to support the

State of Good Repair (SOGR) Device Replacement/Upgrade Project

. This enterprise-wide initiative focuses on replacing outdated iPhones and iPads that are incompatible with the upcoming

iOS 18

update. The role involves coordinating across departments, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with IT and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inventory assessments and develop a detailed device replacement plan Oversee deployment logistics and execution schedules Ensure new devices meet IT and security compliance standards Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation Perform hardware/software evaluations and recommend appropriate strategies Adhere to System Development Methodology (SDM) and utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Support administrative functions and reporting
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field 4-6 years of experience in IT project management or related specialties Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager or Assistant PM Strong understanding of technical environments and enterprise deployments Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience preparing and managing project plans
