A growing commercial construction firm with a strong local presence is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support mid-scale building projects across the Iowa City region.
Position Summary
The APM will assist the PM in documentation, scheduling, procurement, and coordination of design and field activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Support procurement, scope buy-out, and material tracking.
• Help manage design coordination and field workflows.
• Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and forecasting.
• Contribute to punch list and close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with Procore or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
