As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

Core Functions

Partner with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation Assist with budget preparation, cost estimation, and resource planning; track expenses and identify cost savings Coordinate communications with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and permits to meet specifications and deadlines Track project milestones and resolve schedule or resource conflicts to maintain timelines Conduct on-site inspections and oversee quality control to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders Support documentation and management of change orders, variations, and related project adjustments Assist in resolving technical and operational issues during construction Enforce safety protocols and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle
