As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Estimating, Management, and Supervisory staff on multiple projects of all types and sizes. They will be able to learn all aspects of the construction business and will be able to grow as rapidly as they are capable of within the company. McInnis Brothers Construction has been in business for 78 years in North-West Louisiana and is well respected within its business community.
Responsibilities:
Work with Project Management / Senior Project Management team.
Work with Estimating team in preparing bids and marketing material.
Work with field supervision to understand the project from the ground-up.
Creating and monitoring project schedules.
Quality Control
Reporting and Documentation
Communicating
Work in the Shreveport and Minden area
Required Qualifications:
A degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
0 - 3 years of commercial construction work experience.
Knowledge of basic project planning, scheduling, and estimating for building construction.
Computer skills.
Good communication skills, writing skills, and mathematics.
Professionalism and respectfulness of others.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
